SUFFOLK COUNTY WILL SUPPRESS THE TRUTH AT ALL COSTS

Regarding the 2006 arrest, Suffolk County Police Officers knowingly used doctored evidence, did not use police identification procedures, falsified arrest records, and used the chief complainant (school teacher Michelle Konik-Brosdal) as an agent to illegally obtain "so called" evidence. They knew she was the real criminal with a dark history who stole my ID, manipulated and endangered her student, and used her to forge a conspiracy and have me arrested. Yet the police officers still arrested me, defamed my character on a national level, ended my career, and destroyed my life as they promised.

The maliciousness continued from 2009 to present day. Throughout the 15 yr. civil case, they have continually frustrated the discovery process and prejudiced the case to the point where 3 witnesses are dead and important evidence is gone forever and has even been destroyed (by the police) after the judge ordered them to turn it over.
And now, Suffolk County has recently filed a remarkably time barred motion to dismiss the case. Their motion was filed against this timeline.

-   15 yrs after the case was commenced
-   14 yrs after Suffolk County answered my Complaint, Amended Complaint, and Supplementary Complaint
-   7 1/2 yrs after Suffolk County defaulted when evidence the judge ordered them to turn over was destroyed
-   7 1/2 yrs after a Note of Issue was served
-   7 yrs after Suffolk County failed to file a summary judgment motion
-   6 1/2 yrs after Suffolk County ignored the courts offer of a second chance to file a summary judgment motion
-   5 1/2 yrs after the judge stated in open court that the case would be resolved by settlement or trial
-   5 1/2 yrs after spending seven months to acquire the proper paperwork regarding the estate of the deceased defendant (police commissioner Richard Dormer) so the case could be placed back on the court calendar
-   Almost 2 yrs after a Court Order was signed to guarantee a trial without any more delays
-   Almost 1 1/2 yrs after a jury was selected and waiting in court for the trial to commence in March 2023
-   After a year of further motion practice, after the jury was sent home, because the judge said we had to change the caption of the case (not sure why I wasn't told that 4 yrs sooner)
 -  After I spent $50,000 for trial fees alone because the court assured me I would receive the trial I was awarded

The next court appearance is November 6, 2024. I expect a decision on their ridiculous motion before that day.
